Vice President, Sales and Marketing – Donald Stokes
Donald has a depth of experience working in both the not-for-profit and private sectors. Before joining HOW Donald was the Director of Healthcare Innovation at Healthtech Consultants and prior to that was the eHealth Business Lead for Teranet where he created and led the highly successful healthcare line of business. Donald’s strong business, sales and interpersonal skills make him a valuable and valued addition to the HOW team. His experience and expertise will help guide HOW in their efforts to provide customers with exceptional services and superior customer care. Customers will be impressed by Donald’s expertise and commitment to continuous quality improvement in health care.
Donald is also passionate about his professional and personal communities having served as a Board Member for HIMSS Ontario where he was instrumental in the creation and implementation of the itHealthcare Conference; Park Charitable Properties where he served as President; and the Burlington Minor Football Association (Canada's largest amateur football association serving more then 1500 youth). Donald has also been an active member of COACH, ITAC and HIMSS.
Donald received his Bachelor of Science with honours from Brock University in 1990 and his degree in Computer Science from Ryerson Polytechnic University in 1994.
