Outcome Measurement Specialist – Joanne van Rennes BScN, RN
Joanne van Rennes has worked in the community health sector for 15 years as a client coordinator, manager, project manager and educator and has extensive experience working with stakeholders and partners in implementing best practice standards and guidelines across the healthcare continuum. She has also worked as a Fellow with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario in a proposal focused on knowledge translation and bringing evidence to the practitioner to improve patient care.
Joanne possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and IIWCC Wound Care certification. She also holds a certificate in Adult Education. She has extensive experience in project management and outcome measurement and has an expert understanding of the acute, long term care and community health experience. Joanne is an accomplished facilitator and presenter and has worked as an independent consultant for healthcare companies in the area of outcome measurement.
