Business Solution/Client Care Director – Lydia McIsaac BScN, RN
Lydia McIsaac has worked as a certified psychiatric mental health nurse for 22 years in a variety of settings including in-patient mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, acute care outpatient and emergency crisis services. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and currently works as a Professional Practice Leader for Mental Health Nursing. She has extensive experience in facilitation for a wide variety of groups.
Lydia also works as an independent consultant and has been contracted by HOW since 2003 as a data specialist. Lydia manages data information flow and is responsible for ensuring that client reporting requirements are met. Lydia possesses exceptional organizational abilities and she played a key role in the development of HOW’s how2trak® web-based data submission and measurement system. She has extensive knowledge of data collection and measurement processes and expertise in the area of web-based measurement system development.
Lydia is dedicated to assisting clients in the effective implementation and evaluation of automated measurement systems in order to advance leading practice interventions and improve patient care.
