In 2004, we started working with Health Outcomes Worldwide (HOW) during our Wound Care Audits. Two years later, we decided to incorporate outcome measures in our audit for the first time and the team at HOW was ready to help.
Using Health Outcomes Worldwide for our audits is so easy. They send us the forms, we collect the data and return the forms. The data is compiled and broken down by care sector, wound type and dressing type. We then receive this data in a format that is useful and easy to understand. Our audits also include comparisons with national averages, which show us how we stack up against the rest of the country.
