For Corrine McIsaac, it's one thing to see something that needs to be changed. It's another to do something to actually create change. As a Manager in Home Care with the Nova Scotia Department of Health (NS DOH), Corrine saw first hand how ineffective care practices and inefficient resources were challenging our health care organizations. She also knew that better data alone would not create the change needed to improve patient lives. The data needed to be transformed into evidence-based knowledge that supported the efforts of health care workers to improve care and cost outcomes. It was at this time that Corrine set herself on a path to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of disease management.

Matthew Hunter

Chief Technology Officer

Matt has been actively involved in all facets of software design, development and deployment for over 20 years. He brings experience in managing large, enterprise-level applications focused on security and scalability. Matt remains actively involved in development, and is always looking for new ways for the team to innovate and evolve.

Anna Seviour, RN

Director of Implementation

Anna is from Halifax, NS. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Xavier University, Anna worked in Pediatrics before gaining business experience within the B2B sector followed by Pharmaceutical Sales. She is a strong advocate for patient quality of life, and brings an enthusiastic approach in promoting wound care healing through technology.

Madison Haché, RN

Director of Implementation

Madison is from Sydney, Nova Scotia. A registered nurse and Cape Breton University alumni with previous experience in Long Term Care. She has developed a passion for improving patient outcomes in relation to wound care. Currently completing a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Administration and Management.

Lori Track

Director of Operations

Lori began her career as a corporate lawyer, working in a variety of industries including marketing, communications, retail services and financial services. After 12 years in the corporate world, she made an entrepreneurial leap to become General Manager and Publisher of Sweetspot.ca (an online destination focused on lifestyle trends), where she managed operations across a number of departments including editorial, sales, marketing and technology. The company was then acquired by Rogers Publishing in 2010 where Lori played an instrumental role in both the transaction and transition.

Justin Cheung

Lead Software Developer/Analyst

Justin is from Halifax, Nova Scotia where he works as a software developer with HOW. His wide range of experience in various industries helps him apply the best tools for each job. With a knack for problem solving and a passion for improving operations, he works to create new and innovative solutions every day.‍

Michael is a software development graduate with background in blockchain technologies, frontend development, and project management with a flair for style enabling him to provide HOW with elevated designs without compromising security or project timelines.

Steve MacNeil

Senior QA Specialist

Steve has over 20 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry working in a variety of capacities, including as a software developer, support technician, tester, and project manager. At HOW, Steve is focused on Quality Assurance and optimizing the customer experience for both clinicians and patients.
