Paul is a business strategist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in health care strategy and transformation initiatives. Paul has worked with Boards and Seniors Executives in private and public sector organizations to develop their corporate strategy, develop and evaluate business cases for new investments or to capitalize on new markets. During his time in KPMG’s national health care strategy practice, Paul played a leadership role in a review of $2.8-billion in government programs in the continuing care sector. Paul also played a leading role in a competitive analysis for a $1-billion health care provider that was seeking to enter the Canadian marketplace. Paul’s health care experience further extends to his time as a Policy Advisor to the Associate Minister of Health and Long-Term Care where his policy files included long-term care facilities and community care access centres. Paul holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Edinburgh and is an avid flyer with his private pilot’s license.
